The O LED Floor Lamp App Control Ø90cm was created by the design house Elemental for Artemide.

Founded in the 1960s in Milan, Artemide is one of the world's best known brands when it comes to innovative residential lighting solutions, creating lamps such as the O LED Floor Lamp that synergises with its surroundings.

This O LED Floor Lamp App Control Ø90cm was created by the Chilean design team Elemental, led by the 2016 Pritzker Prize 2016 winner Alejandro Aravena. This groundbreaking O lamp features a large circular ring that sits neatly on the floor with the help of a small flat base. The 'O' is made of aluminium and contains a ringed LED lamp included which spills its illumination into the ring, creating a subtle ambient glow. The lamp has a diameter of 90cm with a full height of 91.4cm. Maximising modern technology, the lamp can be fully controlled via a smartphone app, with which users can dim the light or switch it on from another room. A long cable makes it easy to place, whilst the empty 'O' shape doesn't block the view, even framing whatever lies behind.
