The Tottori Chair has been created by Kateryna Sokolova for the brand Driade. Its name is derived from the title of a Japanese animation film. It is a re-imagination of the classic chair with features that give it a cosy, soft look. Function, comfort and aesthetics are combined in a way that is impressive, unique and timeless.
The Tottori Chair has a rectangular backrest with edges that are slightly curved inwards. The wide seat follows the same curved shape. It is tilted upward slightly on the inner edge so you can really sit back and relax in it. The shell is supported by a matching base. It has stout, sturdy legs that are rounded which enhances the chair's cosy look. Upholstery has been done with a fabric that is a blend of 90% cotton and 10% polyester. It is soft, comfortable and hardwearing.
The Tottori Chair has a width of 57cm, a height of 78cm and a depth of 57cm. It has a seat height of 43cm. It is available in bright, cheery colours as well as neutral ones. Other pieces like sofas and tables from the same designer and brand are available that can be used to assemble a coordinated set.
