The Adnet Coffee Table Ø 70cm has been created by Jacques Adnet for the brand Gubi. It was designed in the 1950s when the Art Deco style, which had been introduced earlier in France, was really popular. It is an aesthetic based on blending different colours, shapes, materials and textures.

The Adnet Coffee Table Ø 70cm has a round tabletop made of glass. The star of the show is the base. It is made of metal bars that are intricately curved and joined such that they meet in the middle. The bars touch the floor in three spots making it a three-legged table. They have gliders underneath. The innovative designer took it further by encasing the metal in leather. It goes over all the metal on the base and conceals it completely. The look is finished with rings made of gilded brass at the top of every leg.

The Adnet Coffee Table Ø 70cm has a height of 43cm and a diameter of 43cm. Its minimalist, timeless style makes it suitable for use not only in homes but also in official or commercial spaces. It can be used in offices where there is visitor seating away from the desk, in waiting rooms and receptions as well as in hotel foyers and rooms.
