The Bohemian 72 Ottoman has been created by Gabriella Crespi for the brand Gubi. Italian architect and industrial designer Crespi constantly sought to balance art and sculptural abstraction, and the Bohemian 72 Ottoman is one of her most popular and outstanding designs.
Named after its freewheeling Bohemian spirit, this Ottoman has a square profile and is made of rattan - a choice that makes it ideal for both indoor and outdoor use. The base resembles stacks of rattan squares piled on top of each other, an effect that Crespi achieved by layering vertically coiled rattan vines. The top of the stool is formed from a foam-filled cushion that has been upholstered with Designtex's Dedar Chevron Chenille Special fabric. This material is made from 100 percent polyester and is water repellent - ensuring that exceptional aesthetics of the Ottoman are protected whenever it is used outdoors.
The Bohemian 72 Ottoman has a length of 70cm, a width of 70cm and a height of 43cm, with a seat height of 43cm that will be ideal for relaxing outdoors. The base comes in natural rattan tones, while the cushion has a pure white colour, creating a beautiful contrast that will work well in gardens, pool terraces, and urban balconies.
