Olaf Armchair

The Olaf Armchair has been created by Jan Kurtz for the brand Jan Kurtz. It is a picture of elegance with its clean, uncluttered lines and understated aesthetics. They give it a timeless look that will never go out of style.

The Olaf Armchair has a frame made of powder-coated tubular stainless steel. The backrest has the shape of an inverted U-shape while the seat has a square one. The backrest is slightly reclined which encourages you to sit all the way back and relax. Additionally, the seat is upturned on the inner edge which supports relaxed seating. The frame is overlaid by sheets of either oak or walnut veneer. This has a layer of comfort added to it with cushions padded with foam. They have been placed over the veneer sheets such that the edges are displayed. The warm tones of the wood add a subtle aesthetic detail. The foam is hidden by upholstery done with bouclé fabric. It has a looped, curly texture that gives the chair an inviting, plush look. It is also hardwearing and resistant to matting and fading.

The Olaf Armchair has a width of 75cm, a height of 74cm and a depth of 60cm. Its seat height is 52cm. It is available in neutral and bright colours.
