The Bourgie Table Lamp Matt has been created by Ferruccio Laviani for the brand Kartell. Crafted using sustainable recycled materials, Bourgie is a playful take on classic table lamps and has echoes of 18th century Baroque designs.

The Bourgie Table Lamp Matt is relatively compact, measuring 78cm high. All of its elements have been fashioned from polycarbonate 2.0, a plastic polymer created by using waste products from the paper manufacturing industry, and this keeps the weight down to an easy-to-handle 3.7kg. In terms of form, the lamp comes with a curved base featuring elegant decorative shapes, while the shade is a slanted cone with a diameter of 37cm. Both models of this Bourgie variety have matt finishes, and black and white options are available.

A neat feature of the Bourgie Table Lamp Matt is the hanging system, which allows the shade to hang at varying heights. So the actual height can be anywhere from from 68cm to 78cm. The Bourgie Table Lamp Matt is supplied a 190cm long cable which contains the on/off switch.
