The Top Top Bistro table laminate was designed for furniture brand Kartell by legendary French designer Philippe Starck.

Starck has been designing furniture since the 1980s. He is renowned for a simple, yet innovative aesthetic, which takes an established design and adds ingenious new elements to update an item for the modern world. Starck founded the concept of 'democratic design', campaigning for well-designed products that are affordable for all. He has won many prestigious awards, including the Five Star Diamond Award for World's Best Designer and Lifetime Achievement Awards.

The Top Top Bistro table laminate is a striking piece constructed in laminate and PMMA, with compact and handy dimensions of 70cm long, 70cm wide and around 70cm in diameter for the square version and 70cm diameter and 72cm high for the round table. Stemming from a coloured square or round base is a sleek transparent support leg that gradually widens at the top, supporting the table's glossy upper surface.
