Hifive 200 Sideboard/ Cabinet

The Hifive 200 Sideboard/Cabinet has been created by Rudi Wulff for the brand Northern. Hifive is an accomplished collection of modular storage products which first appeared in 2018. Based around natural wood and flexible mounting styles, its various elements can be combined to handle any storage problems.

In this case, the Hifive 200 Sideboard/Cabinet is one of the larger entries in the collection. Made from oiled oak, it takes the form of an elongated cabinet. Two larger compartments are fitted with scroll doors, while four smaller open alcoves come with pass-throughs in the back to connect electrical equipment. A black steel base anchors the unit, although it is also possible to wall mount Hifive cabinets if that makes more sense.

In its standard format, the Hifive 200 Sideboard/Cabinet measures 200cm long and is 42cm deep, with a height of 65cm and a total weight of 61.5kg. The various doors and open compartments offer a mix of options for documents, vinyl records and electronic accessories, with scope to lock the scroll compartments for extra privacy. It all comes together in an extremely practical package which, while highly functional, will also be an attractive addition to interior designs.
