Ombre Table Lamp

The Ombre Table Lamp has been created by Antoine Rouzeau for the brand Northern. Built around an eye-catching dish-shaped diffuser, Ombre creates a delicate interaction of shadows and light. This suits its name, which means 'shadow' in French. The result is a beautiful light source for tables and desks that will generate glare-free, low key lighting for close work and general use.

The Ombre Table Lamp has two main elements. The base is compact and shaped like a cylinder, providing a stable foundation for the overall piece. It has a diameter of 7cm and contains the main diffuser, which projects light upwards into the main dish of the shade. This shade is the defining component of the lamp. Shaped like a tree leaf, it reflects light from the bulb and can be adjusted to face in varying directions.

Both the shade and base of the Ombre Table Lamp are made from steel with a powder-coated finish. Various tones are available, including black and warm beige. The lamp weighs 1.6kg, has a height of 33cm and is 30cm wide, while it comes with a 200cm long cable. It requires a single bulb and the appropriate lamp with the GU10 socket can be ordered under accessories.
