Aiko Swivel Chair

The Aiko Swivel Chair has been created by Susanne Grønlund for the brand Softline. Introduced in 2012, Aiko is a collection of furnishings for homes and office spaces which seek to blend cutting edge aesthetics with timeless comfort. This entry in the family is a welcoming armchair that is versatile, comfortable, and superbly stylish.

The Aiko Swivel Chair has a striking shell design which encloses the sitter from every side. The high armrests and back cushion create a cocoon which offers the perfect place to work and socialise. Grønlund has elected to add either black Vision 443 or light grey Vision 445 fabrics, completing a visually impressive silhouette. A detachable seat cushion is also included and the covers can be removed for cleaning if required.

The Aiko Swivel Chair measures 64cm wide and 55cm deep, while it has a height of 75cm and a seat height of 50cm. As the name suggests, the seat is designed to rotate through 360 degrees, providing an extra dimension of adaptability. The base of the chair is made from stainless steel with a powder coated finish, and features four legs spread out in a stable cross shape. Plastic feet connect with the ground, reducing wear and tear.
