The Slab Side Chair has been created by Tom Dixon for the brand Tom Dixon. English designer Dixon draws from his heritage to come up with his designs. He is also inspired by experimenting with different materials and methods to push the envelope. This is how he comes up with pieces like the Slab Side Chair.This modern dining chair is made in Lithuania from solid oak that is sourced from sustainably managed forests. The oak is brushed deeply, exposing the grain and the tones of the wood. The chair has a short backrest with a straight upper edge and a curved one at the lower edge. It has a round seat that rests on an X-shaped support. The legs are attached to the ends of this support. The legs are angled outwards rather than straight, which makes it possible to stack the chairs.

The Slab Side Chair has a depth of 53cm, a width of 50cm and a height of 77cm. It has a seat height of 44cm. It is available in a natural oak that has warm, golden tones. This elegant chair will add elegance to a kitchen or dining table and is stylish enough for use in restaurants.
