The Panton Junior Chair has been created by Verner Panton for the brand Vitra. This chair is a mini version of the Panton Chair that is a full-sized chair for adults. It is made of the same material and has a similar design.

The Panton Junior Chair has a high backrest that has a curved upper edge. This same curve goes all the way down to the base of the chair. The seat is appropriately sized for kids. The base is curved and has a trumpet shape. The chair is one single, unified piece with no joints or fasteners. It is made of dyed-through polypropylene that has a matte finish. It is treated to resist UV fading but it is recommended that exposure to sunlight is limited to prolong its life.

The Panton Junior Chair has a width of 37.6cm, a height of 62.8cm and a depth of 44.6cm. Its seat height is 34.8cm. It comes in white, classic red and pale rose. This lightweight chair is ideal for use by children aged three years to 10 years. Although it is meant for use by children, they should be supervised and not be allowed to stand or swing with it to avoid it tipping it over which can injure them.
