Dalù Table Lamp

The Dalù Table Lamp has been created by Vico Magistretti for the brand Artemide. It is a remake of the 1960 original design. This new version retains many of the original features which give it a retro look.

The Dalù Table Lamp is a picture of elegance with its curves and arches. Made of moulded thermoplastic material, it has a base that is cut out of a hemisphere. The closed side rises up to form a hemispherical shade. The way it is joined to the base causes it to be titled rather than straight. The light source goes into the open side and casts direct light downwards. A cable runs from the top of the shade, down to the base and then to the socket.

The Dalù Table Lamp has a length of 18.4cm, a width of 18.4cm and a height of 26cm. It comes in neutral colours. The material and its playful design it is made of make it ideal for use in a child's bedroom. It can also be placed in a living room to add a touch of whimsy to offset neutral, classic pieces that give the room a simple look. It comes in light and dark neutral colours. It works with an E14 socket.
