Lyze Garden Armchair Teak

The Lyze Garden Armchair Teak has been created by Florent Coirier for the brand emu. French industrial designer Coirier is known for designing pieces that are simple, durable, practical and functional. These ideals are clear to see in the creatively styled Lyze Garden Armchair Teak.

This outdoor chair represents a play of contrasts, featuring both classic and modern elements. The wide backrest catches the eye, with a stainless steel grid that resembles a shopping basket. This backrest has been slightly angled and extends forward to form armrests with the same grid-like pattern. The rounded seat is made of rich teak wood, and sets up a neat contrast with the angular backrest. Underneath, Coirier has added a frame made from die-cast aluminium which features rod-shaped legs and bars that attach the seat and backrest to the frame.

The Lyze Garden Armchair Teak has a width of 62cm, a height of 79cm and a depth of 57cm. It has a comfortable seat height of 45cm and an armrest height of 67cm. The chair comes in grey green, taupe, scarlet, white or black colour schemes. All come with a plush teak seat, and all will slot seamlessly into designer outdoor arrangements.
