Ancora Wall Lamp

The Ancora Wall Lamp has been created by ferm LIVING for the brand ferm LIVING. Its name Ancora translates to anchor in English. It is the sailing equipment that inspired the lamp's innovative design as well as its name.

The Ancora Wall Lamp has an unusually shaped shade. Made of a fabric blend of 90% linen and 10% polyester, it is supported by a frame made of stainless steel wire. Its shape is that of a long, round shade that has been divided into two lengthwise. It rests on a frame made of narrow powder-coated iron rods. It has a U-shaped curve at the bottom and another one at the top which replicates the look of an anchor while adding elegance with the graceful arches. A short arm at the bottom connects from the stem and goes into the wall where it is secured with a round wall plate.

The Ancora Wall Lamp has a width of 23cm, a height of 105cm and a depth of 21.6cm. Its fabric cable has a length of 150cm. It has an inline on/off switch along its length. It is not dimmable and is available in neutral colours. It works with an E27 socket and the bulb has to be purchased separately.
