Sawaru LED Floor Lamp

The Sawaru LED Floor Lamp was designed by Oki Sato for the brand Flos.

The Japanese design studio Nendo is headed up by Oki Sato, the brand's chief designer. The Nendo design ethos is based on offering users and observers an element of enrichment, no matter how small. The design house works across a variety of disciplines and has received various accolades, including the Industrial Designer of the Year Award for 2019 and the Elle Decoration International EDIDA Award in 2019.

The Sawaru LED Floor Lamp has a modern, geometric design which will enhance any contemporary home or office layout. This appealing luminaire is dimmable and comprises two cylinders of different sizes intersecting perpendicularly, one forming the base and the other a light source designed to create bright uplighting. The direction of the upper cylinder can be adjusted at any time to 25, 40 or 60 degrees to create new focal points in the room. Made from extruded aluminium and photo-etched, injection-moulded polycarbonate, the lamp also features coloured temperature controls. The Sawaru LED Floor Lamp is available in a variety of colours, and contains a built-in LED light bulb. It measures 43.5 x 15 cm and has a cable length of 250cm.
