The Four Table 190x79x72cm has been created by Ferruccio Laviani for the brand Kartell. Italian industrial designer Laviani is driven by curiosity. It gives him new perspectives which leads him to design pieces with completely new forms using experimental materials. A good example of this is the Four Table 190x79x72cm. One of its outstanding features is the thin tabletop that appears to be floating over the frame. The frame is another unique feature of the table. Rather than the customary four legs, there are u--shaped frames on either side of the table. They are joined to the tabletop with beveled joints and this is what makes the top appear to levitate. The narrow tabletop is made of scratch-proof laminate while the frame is fashioned from lacquered steel. The 2.5cm-thick tabletop makes room for drawers or another type of storage item to be slid underneath it. This makes it ideal for use at home to create a workspace and also in commercial spaces like offices and waiting rooms.
The Four Table 190x79x72cm has a length of 190cm, a width of 79cm and a height of 72cm. It is available in neutral colours that blend in with any existing pieces or decor theme.
