Product description

The Uncle Jack Couch has been created by Philippe Starck for the brand Kartell. It redefines simplicity by keeping the lines clean and crisp. Even cushions have been eliminated from the design.

The Uncle Jack Couch is made of a single piece of smooth polycarbonate. There is a choice of clear or batch batch-dyed couches. The couch is made using a manufacturing process known as injection moulding. This allows the couch to be made as a single piece without joints or fasteners. This enhances its clean, crisp profile and its timeless look of simple elegance. The sofa has a high backrest with a straight upper edge and sides. The lines at the sides bend to form curved armrests. There is a wide seat below and then legs that are slightly outspread to make the couch stronger and more stable.

The Uncle Jack Couch has a width of 190cm, a height of 98cm and a depth of 85cm. Its seat height is 35cm and its armrest height is 58cm. Similar pieces from the same range like tables and chairs can be purchased separately and used to assemble a matching outdoor set.
