Actually, the Risom Lounge Chair is a recycling product: Designer Jens Risom used surplus parachute straps for his easy chair that had been used in the army. Visually the Risom Lounge Chair convinced us with its straightforward, typically Scandinavian design in combination with natural materials.

The frame of the Risom Lounge Chair is made of exquisite maple wood with a clear surface coating. The seat and backrest of the easy chair are made of 100% cotton strips, which are cleverly interwoven with each other.
