The Flai Double Bed 200x200cm has been created by kaschkasch for the brand Müller Small Living. Comprised of Florian Kallus and Sebastian Schneider, kaschkasch is a studio which specialises in premium carpentry. And with this Flai bed for Müller Small Living, they have created something truly special.

The name of the Flai Double Bed 200x200cm evokes images of flight, and the open, minimalist look of this double bed creates the feeling of total freedom. It has a radically simple composition, with an oak base and a frame made from laminated birch wood. Mattresses sit on top of the base, with no extra elements to intrude. However, the designers have included customisation options, with the ability to add shelves and bedside tables if desired.

The Flai Double Bed 200x200cm comes in a choice of pure white or anthracite colours, and both models feature exposed birch edges. The edge of the frame has special felt-lined sockets to secure the shelving accessories, which could house magazines or alarm clocks with ease. The bed has a classic double bed format and measures 216cm long by 203.6cm wide. It rises to a height of 34cm above the ground, with some space left underneath for extra storage.
