The Material The Originals Wall Lamp Oak has been created by Christian Nørgaard and Martin Kechayas for the brand New Works. Material is a classic creation from Danish brand New Works, and this wall mounted version extends its appeal, offering a fine light source for hallways and ambient lighting.

The Material The Originals Wall Lamp Oak is a pivoting lamp which attaches easily to interior walls, providing a flexible source of illumination. But it really stands out due to the inclusion of the iconic Materials shade. Gently rounded at the edges, this cup-shaped shade has been fashioned from appealing natural oak wood with terracotta elements. The result is a richly textured lamp which adds a decorative accent to walls, whether it is illuminated or not.

The Material The Originals Wall Lamp Oak has a discreet frame made from black powder-coated aluminium, providing a firm anchor to hold the lamp in place. The light itself measures 13cm wide, 18cm deep and is 23cm high, while it comes with a 250cm long cable and weighs 2kg. The on/off switch has been placed on the base and the lamp requires a single bulb. The appropriate lamp with the E14 socket can be ordered under accessories.
