The Rar Armchair has been created by Simon Legald for the brand Normann Copenhagen. Its moniker "Rar”, when translated from Danish, embodies the essence of pleasantness. So does this armchair.

With its supple silhouette and impeccable comfort, the Rar Armchair is the epitome of versatile seating and caters to a wide range of tastes. Its sleek, straight-lined profile allows it to seamlessly blend into diverse interiors. Its upholstery invites relaxation. Enclosed on three sides by walls padded with PU foam, this design piece promises a secure seating experience. The generous padding of the seat and back cushion adds an extra level of comfort. A robust core made of pine wood and particleboard provides support to the body. The upholstery fabric is either a polyester-cotton-viscose blend or a fabric consisting mostly of recycled polyethylene. The surface of the Rar Armchair is characterised by durable resilience. Its powder-coated steel legs contribute to its impressive load-bearing capacity, making it a stylish and sturdy addition to any space.

The Rar Armchair weighs 45.5kg and is 79cm in width and 87cm in depth. Its overall height is 81cm and its seat height is 45cm. It is available in various colour options.
