Studio 3 Modular 3 Seater Sofa

The Studio 3 Modular 3 Seater Sofa has been created by Kristian Sofus Hansen and Tommy Hyldahl for the brand Norr 11. It is a tribute to the timelessness of the 1970s. However, in recreating the classic modular sofa, the designers added details that put it in the contemporary class.

The Studio 3 Modular 3 Seater Sofa has two large sofas, one small one and two armrests on either side. The designers modernised the classic modular sofa with fluting which is its most distinctive detail. It has been done with stitching over the upholstery. It is evenly spaced and it goes over the low, lounge-style backrest, the seat and down the edges. The coordinated lines lend the sofa an opulent, sophisticated look. Inside, it has a shell made of plywood. It is well padded with cold cure foam that gives it shape and plushness. It is concealed by upholstery which has been done with a type of bouclé from the Barnum line. It has a loopy texture that works with the intended retro look.

The Studio 3 Modular 3 Seater Sofa has a width of 300cm, a height of 73cm and a depth of 96cm. It has a seat height of 47cm. It comes in neutral colours.
