The child's Room Combo 78x85x30cm is designed by Nils and Kajsa Strinning for their company String.

The husband and wife team worked together to bring the simplistic nature of Scandinavian design to the world with this children's desk and shelving unit. Nils, the architect, focused on all aspects pertaining to the durability of each item, while Kajsa believed that their furniture should be beautiful. Their combined efforts resulted in them winning a gold medal in Milan at the Triennale including the German Design Award in 2016. The Child's Room Combo 78x85x30cm from String is the culmination of their vision of beautifully useful furniture.
