This simple yet elegant Thonet S 1040 Garden Table Wood was developed by furniture design icon Thonet.

Started all the way back in 1870, Thonet are renowned for their role in several pivotal moments in furniture design history, including the development of solid wood bending and the proliferation of tubular steel furniture. The design of this Thonet S 1040 Garden Table Wood focuses on the latter and provides a simple yet functional aesthetic that is emblematic of the company. The legs slant outwards for added stability and the wood veneer of the surface provides a smooth and natural looking finish. Lightweight at only 28kgs, it's a great choice for locations where garden meals are a regular occurrence, as it can be easily moved from the terrace to the lawn and is light enough to avoid damaging the surface of your grassy areas. At 150cm in length and 78cm in width, it is broad enough to provide significant surface areas for cutlery, plates and food bowls. An ideal element to help foster warm engagements on sunny summer afternoons, the Thonet S 1040 Garden Table Wood will liven up any garden event with its shiny and stylish appeal.
