The Rely HW29 Office Swivel Chair has been created by Hee Welling for the brand AndTradition. As the name indicates, this is an office chair that sitters can rely on to deliver an unequalled level of comfort. It blends stylish looks, ergonomic design and sustainable materials in one superb package.
The Rely HW29 Office Swivel Chair has a classic armchair format, but with a few hidden advantages. The chair has been styled by Welling to provide optimal back support, resulting in more productive working days. The shell of the chair also hides another key feature: Welling has used 100% recycled materials derived from plastic car interior panels. By crushing and injection moulding these plastics, he has managed to turn them into wonderfully comfortable places to work or study.
The Rely HW29 Office Swivel Chair is 82cm high, 47cm wide and 57cm deep, while the seat height varies from 44-58cm thanks to an integrated gas lift. The seat shell has been upholstered with Kvadrat Re-wool 0198, which features 45% recycled wool, and the cross-shaped swivel base is made from aluminium, helping to keep the weight down to 10.2kg. Casters have also been added to each leg to enhance the chair's mobility, making it an ideal office option.
