The Rely HW30 Office Swivel Chair has been created by Hee Welling for the brand AndTradition. Crafted from 100% recycled materials, Rely is a contemporary office furniture collection which blends cutting edge manufacturing techniques with timeless style.
The Rely HW30 Office Swivel Chair is a classic swivel chair with a five-legged star shaped base. The shell of the chair consists of a seat and backrest without arm supports, and the seat measures 47cm wide by 57cm deep. Both the back and seat have been made from a specially formulated blend of polypropylene plastic and recycled glass fibres, while there is also a foam cushion and a veneer plate. Put together, it adds up to an extremely ergonomic, comfortable office chair which has minimal ecological impact.
The base of the Rely HW30 Office Swivel Chair is made from polished aluminium and includes a gaslift to vary the seat height between 44cm and 58cm. Castors have been attached to the end of each leg, making the chair easy to move, while it has also been designed to swivel through 360 degrees. The chair comes with Kvadrat re-wool 0458 upholstery - a fabric which blends 45% recycled wool with excellent comfort levels.
